Q: What is the benefit of hiring Elegant Expose'?

A: Hiring a professional Event Planner is probably the best money spent on any event! We relieve our clients of the stress and burdens of having to plan, coordinate, and host an event themselves; and strive to make each event everything that the client wants it to be and more! We will also work within the desired budget and bring forth vendors who are polished and will deliver. More importantly, we will be able to provide each client with industry discounts that may not be otherwise received. We strive for success and will not settle for less than the best!

Q: I want to hire an event planner to assist with my planning, but I have a hard time giving up control.

A: At Elegant Expose', we believe that communication is the key to a successful event. We encourage our clients to provide feedback and opinions on every aspect of the planning process. We are here to do the legwork and help YOUR day be all that you want it to be!

Q: Will there be a contract signed in agreement to highlight the services you will provide?

A: Yes. If you are interested in hiring Elegant Expose' to plan your wedding, a contract will be signed at the consultation.

Q: What time does your team of coordinators arrive and leave the wedding?

A: Our team of wedding coordinators usually arrives 30 minutes before the bride to ensure that the logistics are in order, and will stay throughout the entire wedding and reception. We generally depart when the open floor dancing begins unless otherwise requested.

Q: How much do you charge to plan and coordinate a wedding or event?
A: Our fees are contingent upon each individual case. Your coordination fee is a customized fee based upon the type of wedding, estimated number of guests, and the amount of work required. All quotes will be provided after our initial (fee waived) in-person consultation.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you decide to cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to postpone your event, we will hold the deposit and keep your file open for 1 year until you have a new date and as long as you remain a client of Elegant Expose'. After 1 year, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please also note that any outside vendors that we use may have their own cancellation policy.
Q: Do you coordinate other events besides weddings?
A: Yes! Elegant Expose' is a full-service events planning company. While we specialize in weddings, there is no limit to the type of event we can handle. We also plan and host birthday parties, retirement parties, anniversaries, and a host of other events.
